Short Bio Edouard George - Bali

In 1984 I started working in the hospitality industry in Switzerland and Vietnam.

I definitely moved to Vietnam in 1991 to help with the opening of the first international Hotel in Vietnam, the Sofitel Metropole Hanoi.

In 1999 I took the challenge to build up Phoenix Vietnam together with a Vietnamese colleague, which was later merged with Asia Holidays in Myanmar to the Phoenix Voyages Group.

Today I can proudly say that Phoenix Voyages has grown to one of Asia's leading DMCs with offices in Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, South & North Korea and Thailand.

We are very happy with our office in Bali, where we have a great team in place.

Destination Bali

What makes Bali a great destination

 Why Bali
Wedged in between the islands of Lompok and Java, Bali is a tropical paradise in the Indian Ocean.

There really is no other place like Bali. Blessed with white sandy beaches, volcanoes, the rolling surf of the Indian ocean, great restaurants, stunning hotels, lovely spas and vibrant night clubs, you can see the magic.

The Balinese are warm, welcoming and laid back which adds to a very pleasant atmosphere on our island. Here you can surf the waves, get a massage on the beach, enjoy a sumptuous meal in one of the local restaurants, shop till you drop,  rent a kayak, go clubbing in one of the many dazzling nightclubs Bali has, watch the sun set on a sparkling ocean whilst sipping a tropical cocktail. Life surely does not get much better than this.

At Phoenix Voyages we can organise events and incentives in spectacular settings. We would be delighted to send you some program ideas.
